Two Soul Songstresses: One Tour in Asheville!

Kaycie Satterfield and Hollie Hammel both have recent releases, “Your Favorite Records” and “Don’t Wake Me Up,” respectively. They’re touring through Knoxville, Asheville, Winston-Salem, Durham, Richmond, D.C., New York City, Boston, and Louisville, to promote the records.

Kaycie Satterfield is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and arranger. Her sound likens to classic Tin Pan Alley era songwriting with a tinge of jazz. She considers the music of artists such as Carole King her bread and butter while also drawing heavy influence from jazz and folk traditions.

Hollie Hammel


Hollie Hammel is a 21-year-old Nashville, Tennessean with roots in Richmond, VA. Because of the exciting musical diversity Nashville has to offer, and the numerous amounts of incredible musicians in the area, she has been influenced by an array of styles. This has resulted in her having a unique and warm sound that blends tonal qualities of folk and jazz. She has been compared to artists such as Norah Jones, Becca Stevens, and Moonchild, as her music is based in the genres of Jazz, Soul, and Singer/Songwriter.
