Our New Year’s Eve Dinner menu is brought to you by our new Executive Chef Neal Mitchell. Neal and our kitchen staff have put together a special menu for a New Year’s Eve dining experience. Check our menu out and join us as we reflect on 2019 and celebrate the beginning of a new year.

After dinner service ends (around 9pm), we present Ellis Dyson and the Shambles for you to ring in the new year. We’ll have room to dance, late night snacks and champagne available to toast at midnight. A delightful twist on NYE in West Asheville at Asheville’s premier Music Venue.

Reservations are highly recommended as dinner seats are limited.  Show Tickets are required for Dinner Reservations.

Ellis Dyson & the Shambles expertly blends old-time influences ranging from Piedmont murder ballads, to traditional jazz, to big band swing. The result: whiskey-soaked, foot-stompin’ songs that bring party music of departed eras to crowds both young and old. The Shambles have made waves with their theatrical and explosive live shows and masterful musicianship that electrifies every audience. Bursting with exuberance and effortless expertise, this playfully hootin’ and hollerin’ act is guaranteed to bring the ruckus.

New Years Eve Menu · 5:00pm

Appetizers:

Crispy deep-fried pig ears with a black-eyed pea relish, arugula, & a "Crystal" hot sauce gastrique.

NC catfish cakes with red cabbage slaw, bread & butter pickles, shaved radish, & a hot sauce cream.

Duck rillettes with cornichon pickles, chow chow, & toasted baguette.

Entrees:

Pan-seared scallops with sweet potato mousseline, shaved white truffles, crispy collards, & a "Steens" cane syrup brown butter.

Cast-iron seared Brasstown Beef NY strip with buttermilk whipped potatoes, black-eyed pea salad, & demi-glace.

Herb marinated & grilled airline chicken breast with roasted root vegetables, arugula, & natural jus.

Mushroom brochette with butternut puree, herbed Carolina gold rice, romanesco cauliflower, & a sherry beurre blanc.

Desserts:

Southern bread pudding with a maple caramel sauce. Strawberries & champagne cake balls with champagne infused strawberries.

Dulce de leche cheesecake with a chocolate walnut cookie crust, chocolate ganache, & toffee bits.
