Eduardo & the Paco Band and Flamenco Carolina will transport you to the Andaluz region of Spain to an authentic Spanish Tablao. Experience the intense emotional power of Flamenco. Flamenco Night combines Spanish music, Flamenco dancers, cuisine and wines to create an unforgettable evening that is not to be missed! Chef Jeffery Porter will present a 4 course indicative of the region. Dinner reservations are available but limited.

Eduardo Stephenson and the Paco Band · 6:30PM
Eduardo Stephenson and the Paco Band is a Spanish music and Nuevo flamenco ensemble performing original Nuevo flamenco compositions as well as music by Paco de Lucia, Ottmar Liebert, Isaac Albeniz, and other renowned flamenco composers. They also incorporate contemporary favorites such as Led Zeppelin, Santana, the Eagles, etc., all in the band’s signature flamenco style. Add the passion of their talented flamenco dancer and it is a show not to miss.
Based out of Raleigh, NC, Canadian guitarist and Alanna recording artist, Ed (Stefanyshyn) Stephenson’s virtuosity traverses the Classical Spanish, Flamenco, and Flamenco Fusion genres. He has performed as a soloist, in The Paco Band, and as a member of the North Carolina Guitar Quartet. The group’s latest album, Rosamaria, was released in April 2015.
