Fast , elegant and beautiful, Mike Seal, Jeff Sipe, Bryan Lopes & Neal Fountain take musical flight together as “State Birds” (the name is a nod to a Bruce Hampton).
The music is mesmerizing, Delivered with joy and passion . The Near telepathic communication is a result of years of chemistry together.
The bands’ roots go back to 1983 in Atlanta. Each of the band members played with Bruce Hampton for a spell and share a unique musical bond.
